Monthly Membership Fees
Here at Priority Health Direct Primary Care, our pricing system is very straightforward – just like it should be. No hidden costs or impossibly complicated invoices.

Monthly Membership Fees:

Children 0 - 18 years old, $50/month with at least one parent/guardian membership

Adults 19 - 99 years old, $95/month

Adults 100+ years old, $1/month (this will most likely be waived)

Families (2 generations), $250/month

Insurance-Free = Hassle-Free
Insurance information will only be obtained to provide billing information and prior authorizations for imaging that you wish to have insurance pay for. Some prescriptions may require prior authorization from your insurance company before the medication can be dispensed.
In-house labs will not be billed to insurance. Having the lab bill the clinic, rather than trying to receive payment from an insurance company or the patient, enables me to receive a large discount (>90% sometimes!) on the cost of the tests, since the lab knows they are guaranteed payment through the clinic. All costs for labs can be discussed prior to ordering, and alternate arrangements can be made to order labs if a patient prefers to use insurance. Insurance may or may not pay for labs, and if the patient elects to use their insurance, the patient will be responsible for the cost of the labs at the insurance-based pricing, payable to the lab itself.
